So I decided that since I'm coming back on after such a long absence I'd introduce myself.

Alessandra Madelena Dominici...out of Caid.  Used to be down south in Caid, but now that I finally finished school (yes, actual culinary school) I'm in the North Country - Starkhafn (Las Vegas).  This would also be the reason why I keep thinking..."no really, I can be on list again...I have time to answer e-mail...really, uh huh sure".
