Stefan, if you'll remember our volunteer server was
Max, who knows Margali well. Since he knows she's
highly allergic to mussels, he may have simply not
gone to get any. I didn't get any until someone went
to the kitchen and bagged them up for me- I had mine
for lunch yesterday. Very good ;-)

Well, Stefan, keep in mind that Adamantius hasn't
functioned as a pro chef for quite some time, so his
standing over a counter would be equivalent to ours-
basicly just done for cooking the day's family dinner.

Also, if you remember, we had discussed this while we
were working on the lobster, and I told you that you
needed to get more upright- as hunched over the work
area as you were, it's no wonder your back was
hurting, and I was bombing you with lobster juices ;-)

The only reason I was able to hang in there was
because I had been maintaing a fairly vertical body
alignment all day, long since learned from going
through all the back therapy I had dealt with. As it
was, the pain I was in was pretty extreme- the pain
meds weren't helping, either, but we hadda get the job
done. Fortunately, most of it wasn't in my upper back,
and what there was Max adjusted for me, but my lower
back and legs are still getting back to normal from
all the standing on a hard floor. I could barely walk
when I got out of the kitchen, and I nearly fell a
couple times trying to step in and out of the walk-in
cooler. It's tough, trying to walk when your legs and
hips lock up on you ;-)
