We almost always have some special dish or dishes for the High Table. This
can be anything from a favorite (but not cost efficient for the whole feast)
dish or a sotltie of some sort. I think I told you all about the sotltie we
made for the High Table at 12th night. The milk jelly deviled eggs and
marzipan olives, with slices of cheeses (real cheese) cut with a maple leaf
shaped cutter. The report was that the King eyed it suspiciously then
passed it along to the Queen who looked closely, jiggled it then picked up
an "egg" and declared it wonderful! She even thanked Morningstar the next
morning!
