[Sca-cooks] Feast service, was Working for Adamantius....

I always pay site fee, even if I never get out of the kitchen.  Support the
Barony.  I have paid feast fees then ended up volunteering in someones
kitchen and never sat down to eat in the hall.  That's ok too.  If our Guild
is cooking we don't pay feast fee.  Sometimes the servers have to, sometimes
they pay half, sometimes nothing.  We work with the Master of the Hall and
the Autocrat to come to that decision.
