Ooh, that is challenging.  I'd use it as an excuse to brush up on
certain Indian cooking.  Yogic and ayervedic dietary theory considers
things like onions and garlic to be too "hot" and to cause imbalance.
The strictest diets in these classes are *very* restrictive, but very
interesting!
