[Sca-cooks] grape suggestions, anyone?

Grape Catsup. Yes, really... my mother told me her grandmother made it,
and, when I started preserving (skipped 2 generations, here) made me
find a recipe! Very good stuff - I'll have to look for the recipe, if
you want it, haven't made it in a while.  Oh, well, OK, maybe not for an
inexperienced cook - this is preserving...

And yes, much of the grape juice you are used to is from Concords. Very
sweet.  And your classic grape jelly. The purple stuff.  Makes a
terribly sweet wine - it's used for some traditional Kosher wines, which
are sweet so they'll keep, according to a friend of mine.

They're a great table grape.

Can you tell I live in New York? Local produce...
