Hi,

Although Johnna did list a few cites for your
question, OCLC really isn't the best resource to go to
to answer your question. I am not being snobbish
about this, but RLIN usually has a more definitive
listing. This is what I found:

1) Villena, Enrique de Aragon, marques de, 1384-1434
Arte cisoria; arte de trinchar o cortar con
cuchillo carnes y demas viandas. Nueva ed.
cuidadosamente reproducida del codice original de la
Biblioteca Escurialense. Pref. y apendice-glosario por
Enrique Diaz-Retg. Barcelona, 1948.

   254 p. 20 cm. (Selecciones bibliofilas. v. 1)

This is available at these libraries:
Univ. of Chicago
Univ. of California, Santa Barbara
Univ. of California, Berkeley
Florida State Univ.
Univ. of Michigan
Princeton Univ.
Syracuse Univ.

2) Villena, Enrique de Aragon, marques de, 1384-1434.
Arte cisoria, o, Arte de cortar los alimentos y
servir la mesa / Enrique de Villena ; presentacion y
actualizacion del texto, Jose-Luis Martâin. --
Salamanca : [s.n.], 1997.
     112 p. : ill. ; 22 cm.

     ISBN 8492295406

This is the one that was mentioned as being a mixture
of two different centuries.

3) Brown, Russell Vernon, d1943-
Enrique de Villena's Arte cisoria : a critical
edition and study / by Russell Vernon Brown.

     iv, 319 leaves : ill.
Thesis (Ph. D.)--University of Wisconsin, 1974.
  In Spanish and English.
  Includes bibliographical references (leaves 313-319)
Photocopy. Ann Arbor : University Microfilms
International, 1988. 21 cm.

This is a doctoral thesis on this book. It is
available from Yale and Univ. of California, Berkeley
libraries. And from Univ. Microfilms.

4) Villena, Enrique de Aragon, marques de,
1384-1434. Obras completas de Enrique de
Villena / Enrique de Villena ; edicion y prologo de
Pedro M. Catedra. -- Madrid : Turner, 1994-

    3 v. : ill. (some col.) ; 23 cm. -- (Biblioteca
