Even assuming a pantler, a butler, a carver, a ewerer, a laver, and a
naper (I can't think of any other appropriate functionary names in
English, offhand), that still doesn't provide much for 11 people to do.
I believe Baron Tibor did most of the serving for High Table at East
Kingdom Twelfth Night, with a little help from a couple of others at
strategic moments.

Unless we're talking about a cubbearer for each diner, or some such.
