[Sca-cooks] Death of a Lady

Thanks, Elric. A lot of folks on this List really do
seem to understand how involving a critter can be.
Despite my grief, I had tried to share the good times,
the memories that stand out, and make all the pain of
loss worthwhile. I can hope that my few words might
encourage someone else to take on an any old kinda dog
(or cat, for that matter), because, while he or she
will never be another Stubbe, every critter out there
can be a very special friend, and I think we all need
that, just as many of them need us and our love and
care.

Despite dealing with my own bummers, I consider myself
very lucky, because many folks don't have a Stubbe,
but I did, and do, for that matter. Now, I'm looking
at trying to learn the good things from her life, and
share them as widely as I can. It's the least I can
do, to repay someone who gave me so much......
