Yes, it seemed long to me also.  Waaay long if it a sit down feast
especially if it is involving newbies.  It doesn't take long for people to
seem they have gotten bored even with entertainment in between even if you
*tell* them it will be that long.  You may want to shorten that up by at
least an hour or more.

When we did Atlantian 12th Night we served 400 guests three courses in two
hours and nobody got overlooked.  In fact the oddest thing happened, when
the servers would approach the tables with trays of food, the entire table
would start applauding and cheering!  _THAT_ was cool.
