Oh, thanks, Lainie.  Now I'm hungry....I haven't had trout since my dad
died 6 years ago (he was the family fisherman).
My favorite were the little ones--we went camping every summer, and he'd
get up *way* early in the a.m., and go out fishing, and we'd have these
wonderful little trout for breakfast, panfried in the bacon
grease.....oh, man......
