Here is something to think about... How big is the opening to the
patio?  You Could... (Note I will proclaim NOW that I have NO clue what
this hall looks like AND this not even a great suggestion just "A
Suggestion") Try this again... You Could seat high table in there or
(out there as the case might be) in sort of a tent type of
environment.  This could cause some problems but rather than say NO
WAY!!! think about how you could do it...

If the opening to the patio is less than 8 feet wide I would say it
would be tough... Not Impossible but challenging...

You could also use it as a uhmmmm... I wanna say Harem but I think that
is the wrong area of the Middle East...
hmmm best to say a "Lounge" type of thing and serve appetizers and such
there... Or maybe some sort of ahem "Sixth form" area....
Anyways those are just suggestions....
Just thought I would toss out some since decorating came up.
