Dearest Olwen,
I have no idea what they serve up your way as stuffed ham.  I can tell you
that, in southern Maryland, the ham is stuffed with a mixture of greens,
mustard seed, and other seasonings.  I've never seen one from down our way
done with sausage!

hard to just delete it and get over the fact that I live in Maryland and the

here they stuff it with sausage.  Don't ask me why.
