[Sca-cooks] glucose

Hi all.
Went to the Indian store yesterday to pick up some rosewater and lunch and
got myself a box of powdered glucose (14 oz., $1.98).  Well, I have only
used the liquid before so I don't know the strength to dilute it for pulled
sugar work.  Anyone know?

Oh, on the side of the box it says children love it sprinkled on bread and
butter!  Gotta try that.  What a rush.
