[Sca-cooks] Period cooking oils?

I'm looking in my pantry and suddenly find myself wondering how
many oils besides olive oil are period...

I haven't so far run into references that specify nut oils,
for example.  All of the "period" references that I remember
running into so far just say "oil"...

Is almond or walnut oil period?  (Considering the ubiquity
of almonds in medieval cooking, I would have imagined so,
but haven't found any sources so far that say one way or another...)

Or any other oils?

Just curious...
