I just found that there's been a reprint of Scully's Viandier of Taillevent(Univ Ottawa Press, 1988) hc @ $31. 'Twas Out-of-Stock (or even OP) for a long while, and here it has just reappeared in the Univ Toronto Medieval Catalog. Huzzah! I just got 10 copies to take to Pennsic.
