Vitella, caponi, seccaticcia, salami, minestra di
lasagnetti, & sauor bianco

Bioled course
Veal, capons, dried (something the recipes may help,
or it means veal and capons dried), salami, soup of
little lasagne (a pasta soup), and white relish/sauce.

Frutte
Mele appie, cardi, mandole abbruscate, & finocchio,
abbruscato

Fruit
stuffed apples (appieno: to stuff), cardoon, almonds
burnt (roasted) and fennel (seeds?) roasted.
