I find 'naturesflavors.com' syrups much better, and go to expertfoods.com
for a whole spiffy selection of products. I avoid the meal bars, the
chocolate and cappucino atkins shake mixes aren't bad, but i dislike the
vanilla and the strawberry [if it airn't the real berry, I don't want it.]
There are a bunch of recipes out there for protein bars made of cream cheese
and shake poweder that call for them to be kept either refrigerated or
frozen...purportedly one of the best is peanut butter, cream cheese,
chocolate protein powder and darryl lea chocolate bar bits. Personally, I
wouldn't know, I hate peanut butter - but it supposedly comes out tasting
like a peanut butter cup.
