There is usually a bulletin board near the class sign-up tent that
lists the classes which have been cancelled and conversely, which
new ones have been added.


The standard method for classes taught in a private camp is for

the camp to send someone to meet the students near the sign-up
tent and then lead them to the private camp, wherever that might
be.

If the number of students in the class needs to be limited, then

folks need to sign up for the class the day before, starting at
8 am (gasp).

You (Gorgeous) need to talk to Alys Katherine (or whomever is

running the classes this year) to get your class on to the
schedules. They need to know anyway, so if folks ask about the
class at the sign-up tent they can know what to tell folks.


Unless I have a conflict I can't get out of, I want to take this class.

created my daily schedules for Pennsic, yet.
