Funny, that's what I had for supper last night.  But I cut the onion to open
like a flower and toss in lots of fresh chunked garlic with a little fresh
tarragon, drizzle with olive oil and pop it in a ramikin, covered to bake,
then remove the top a while to let the ends get "burnt".
