[Sca-cooks] OT, OOP--'Full Serve' in Oregon

In NJ, self service is also illegal.

Of course, in NJ it's apparently illegal to stay in the passing lane but
not illegal to pass on the right, whereas in PA it's always been illegal
to pass on the right but now illegal to stay in the passing lane as well.
(Part of the problem is that Philly cops won't stop for passing on the
right though I suppose if you passed on the right, blew out a tire, and
killed the person trapped in the middle between you and the person who
wasn't passing on the left fast enough for you, you might get cited for
it...)

Then there's trying to explain to NJ people in Lancaster county PA that
you can pass a BUGGY on a double yellow line but nothing else...
