[Sca-cooks] Safely transporting sausages

Cooked or uncooked before freezing.
If frozen, are you heating them at the
event or just allowing them to come to
room temperature or outside temperature
as the case may be?
What are you using as sausage casings?
I think that there are several factors to
this question.
