[Sca-cooks] Feast Procedural Question

AS someone who has done a few feasts, that is very bizare:) Have never heard
of such a thing. They tell you what feast is going to cost per person, give
you budget at so and so a serving and you go from there. If the Baron whats
input tell him he is welcome to cook the bloody thing!  I can see if there
is food restrictions on what the Crown can/will eat etc, but the rest seems
to me to be going a bit far??
