is to ask said Baron if he wants to have an event staff or whether he is
compentent enough to do it all himself:) Its sometimes tough but you simply
have to tell him the realities, he must decide if its break even event or
profitable event and he needs to do that NOW:) Then you as autocrat do YOUR
thing. IF he has so little trust in he staff would probably be better for
both of you to quit:) If nothing else he might realize that you are serious
in your commitment to autocrat a good event as your chef is serious about
his feast. Micro management by the Brass usually results in major hassel and
total failure at the event:)

By the way down here they state feast is $7 or $8 period you figure theres
100 or 150 eating and go from there, good feast can be brought in at $4.50
or so with little shopping and paying attention to the sales. And the folks
eating go away with full bellies and food left over:)
