I keep reading this and thinking about the Tavern Harper's Raid has, ( we
take it to kingdom events to feed the populace between breakfast and feast,
20' X 40' Pavillion, tables and chairs to seat 60. Cook trailer with 3
burner stove with oven, smoker/cooker that will hold about hundre fifty
pound of meat or such. Warming oven etc. And it all packs into one trailer,
which by the way unfolds and becomes the roof for the cooking area and dish
washing area etc.  Cousre it weights about 4800 pounds with the propane
bottles, coolers and all:)  I think it would be awesome to take it as
householde site there:)
