[Sca-cooks] 13th Century Norwegian cookbook?

This is another version that is already included
in Grewe and Hieatt's Libellus de Arte Coquinaria:
An Early Northern Cookery Book. They translated all
the versions when they did that book along with the
original texts, commentary, and bibliography.
