[Sca-cooks] Cornbread....

My favorite cornbread recipe is in early boston school of cooking editions.
It's called Little Spider corn cake.  It involves both sweet and sour milk.
You mix a batter pour it in to a heated spider (frying pan with legs) and
pour the sweet milk (i think that that is the order, it's late and the book
is on the other side of the house) on top.  It comes out with both a cakey
layer and a spoon pudding layer.  I'll post the recipe tomorrow.
