[Sca-cooks] proper cracklings

Would you believe...you can also make a kind of cornbread with the
cracklings mixed in called "cracklin bread".  Mama used to make it on
occasion for us, but the most frequent thing she did was to bake huge pans
of it to be fed to our dog while we were on vacation!
