I didn't realize you were talking about Virginia Beach! That's where I was born and raised! Black Angus is good, but pricey. Croakers is really, really good, and not too pricey for seafood... Lynnhaven Fish house is wonderful, and if you want a drive, there are some restaurants in Back Bay (Blue Pete's) that are good. Apollonia
