That's a warner, not a sotletie...

A good sotletie would be a fish cooked relatively whole skewered in a
position that looks like it is jumping, and serving it jumping out of a pool
of blue sauce, with those cattail sausages-onna-stick [no, not
sausages-inna-bun, these are way more edible and made out of named meat -
although not meat named spot or fluffy...obPterry] decorating the perimeter
so it is a little diorama of a fish jumping in a lake.
