Brighid, you know you've got my help...
Folks, I told Brighid this weekend that I owed her, and she didn't know
what I meant. The truth is, Brighid is a wonderful kind lady and a skilled
cook, and every time I have talked with her I have not only learned more
about the art but I have felt more comfortable with how I approach the
art. Brighid's resarch and her creations have enriched her kingdom and her
example has made me, at least, braver about trying new things like sauces
and sweetmeats...
