[Sca-cooks] Totally OT - Any help with Microsoft Outlook?

I'm stumped. I have to create an "Out of Office" message
to be used by Microsoft Outlook. I see I sould create
some kind of Rule but can't see how to set the blamed
thing up!

Could anyone help me?
