Oh, maybe 23 years ago ;-)

OTOH, our Viceroy and Vicereine were recently suspended from office
for the duration of this reign (numerous questions have been raised
about this) , while simultaneously undergoing a scheduled baronial
review, and, ironically, being reconfirmed in their positions after a
huge outpouring of local support.

But although Ostgardr is probably large enough to be either a
Palatine Barony, or, if we wanted to, a Principality, or even a
Kingdom on its own, it wasn't necessarily the Baronial choice process
I was thinking in terms of.
