What about the Emperor's Magnificent Fritters? They're period, Platina I
think, (at work w/o sources) and are nothing but fresh cheese, pine nuts,
honey and flour... I did them w/ ricotta, and w/o the nuts for a feast and
everyone *loved* them...but they're a heart attack on a plate...
