[Sca-cooks] Food Allergies

About 7 years ago I discovered that the reason I was having difficulties
with concentration and split seconds of disorientation (petite malls) was
due to an allergy to wheat. This was told to me by an allergist. Since
then I have a lot of information about food allergies and how they affect
people's behaviors and ability to learn. Allergies can manifest themselves
in many ways. We used to think that an allergy just resulted in watery
eyes, sneezing, difficulty breathing and hives. Now doctors are
discovering that allergies can manifest themselves by affecting one's
behavior or one's digestive track.

for food allergies when they present with ADD symptoms)
