Well, the traditional day has been War Week Tuesday,
which would be the 13th, but I had been discussing
changing that since it always seems to conflict with
Aethelmark Court- thought I'd see if we could conflict
with someone else for a change ;-)Maybe we could move
it to Monday, the 12th?

I've discussed it with other members of SPCA, and we'd
like to host it in our camp. As I've mentioned before,
it would be a bit friendlier than in one of the A & S
tents, and that way, not only would we have our
facilities for heating things up (we have a propane
range) but there'd be no stress with having to take
off when the time was up.

We also usually have a large stash of paper/plastic
feastware, and a scullry crew. Last couple of times,
we brought extra paper plates and such, and they all
got used up- people didn't think to bring their own.

It's a nice site, fairly easy to find unless your name
is Gunthar, right on a wagon route, next to Orluk
Oasis, and we've already discussed having a bus to
collect people from their camps and bring them by. We
could have a fire, and generally be a bit laid back.

Any objections? It's hard to figure out what to do,
considering I've been getting very little feedback
from you folks.

Phlip
