[Sca-cooks] Catering question

We have had this come up once or twice in Storvik and
for one reason or another ended up not using the site.
 However we did investigate it.  What we found was one
of our members does institutional cooking and had a
license.  You might want to check with your people and
see if any of them are professional cooks in any way.
As long as they are listed as head cook and are
"supervising" in the kitchen it should be okay IIRC
(at least that was the way it was here).
