Yup, it's a kingdom award for service. According to my scroll, it's partly
for heraldry stuff I've done, and for classes and cooking and autocratting
and cleaning up and so forth, and for being the person in charge of a
kingdom guild (the EK Herbalists and Apothecaries' Guild).
