I wouldn't say so, no.  If nothing else, Scooby-Doo was typical 70's family
fare - no crude language, no gratuitous put-downs masquerading as humor, no
heavily-implied  or obvious sex, and about the only violence is the sort that
ensues from people careening in fright around a haunted locale, or the
occasional person getting knocked on the head just enough to allow the
villain to escape unseen.
The plot may have been repetitive, but at least it was inoffensive (unless of
course you take exception to any mention of the supernatural, and even then
the so-called "supernatural events" were usually proven to have been created
by the villain.  Except in some of the newer Scooby-Doo movies, in which
there really are supernatural events - Zombie Island actually being the best
of those, and rather creepy, too).
