Due to health reasons I am forced to limit my intake of salt. Not to long ago I found a recipe of several herbs to use as a substitute...of which I promptly misplaced. Does anyone have recipes for substitutes of salt? I don't care for any of the ones that I can buy off the shelf. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it. Lina Harley
