Blowing up your booze is part of brewing. Nothing like that muffled
"thwoompth" from downstairs to let you know that the yeast wasn't quite
finished working and that you now have a really big sticky mess with broken
glass bits to clean up. AND you have to think whether the other bottles in
the batch are gonna blow, too.
