[Sca-cooks] Ingredients Database

Just wondering if anyone took a copy of a database that was up on the net of
ingredients throughout history and their time of introduction to various
parts of Europe. The author is a friend of mine, and her hard drive crashed,
taking all with it. It was on the net a couple of years ago. The people that
put it up on the net have not got all the files either, so I thought I'd try
the Cooks list.
