[Sca-cooks] dyeing eggs

Well, I'm working on a modified version of the dyed eggs project as an A&S
competition entry. (This is mostly to get me over the hump of entering the
competition at all, so it's ok if it doesn't do well, but I'd like it to
be as good as I can make it.)

Any suggestions on dyeing eggs with period food colors or dyes that anyone
has would be gratefully accepted.
