[Sca-cooks] Mudthaw Item Recipe?

During feast at Settmour Swamp's Mudthaw event yesterday, there was something
served called "Carrot Tureen."  The best way I can describe it is a carrot
mousse type of dish.

Does anyone have a recipe for this?
