BTW, the winner was one of my kitchen helpers from my German Boar
Hunt Feast, a very sweet woman. She cooked one of the dishes i
redacted and had cooked at the Boar Hunt. I don't know how much she
changed the recipe... I sort of feel like a god mother :-)
