Magdalena,
when you get a chance (and I know you are busy), could you post the name of
the Chester County farmer's market that has quail again?  So far the only
thing I've been able to locate in Lancaster is frozen quail, which must be
ordered ahead of time, and cost $4 apiece.  I have no idea if that is
reasonable or not.
Alternatively, if anyone can give me guidelines on how to find shops that
might have them in the phone book, I appreciate it...I've tried butchers, who
referred me to poulterers, which is where I'm checking now.
