You got it. Read the recipes, and I'm not sure what
the "Red Stuff" is- cayenne pepper? Margali?

1 1/2 c soy sauce
1 1/2 c Worchestershire sauce
1 1/2 c Red wine/beer/water
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp liquid smoke
2 Heaping tsp Red Stuff
Meat

Alternative:

1 c soy sauce
1 c Worchestershire
2 1/2 c Red Wine
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp liquid smoke (mesquite)
2 heaping tsp Red Stuff
1 tsp ginger
Meat

Either looks good. Wanna make some this weekend,
