There is a Splenda dessert cookbook.
Unbelievable Desserts With Splenda: Sweet
Treats Low in Sugar, Fat and Calories
by Marlene Koch. It's being widely marketed
in non-bookstores like Super Walmarts. My
mother-in-law liked her copy alot. It covers
baking cookies and cakes and cheesecakes with
Splenda.
