Ah, thanks, Magdalena.  I didn't know that.  I've been to Central Market here
in Lancaster many times, and have seen rabbit for sale, but not quail.  Going
to Chester County to get them will not be a problem if necessary.
As far as buying and raising them, and then taking them to a butcher, I think
that's a bit beyond me.  I wouldn't even know who to take them to...
