[Sca-cooks] Need help with a recipe- quail

Hmm... I can get quail... I can get squab, now, too. I've looked at them
once in a while, and wondered what I might do with them, and if I should
try them... Didn't really know. Now, I just might!
Aren't the ones you crunch up ortolons or something like that? (Probably
misspelling badly!) Don't think I've seen them. I connect them with "Gigi!"
